Salty Rappers

Nov 07, 2014 by admin - 0 Comments

How can rappers be mad or salty at me… if you don’t want to deal with me… then a year ago goes by… #burnedbridges #beinghumble
I never completely burned my bridges… so bad you can’t rebuild them… unless I truly don’t need a person, business or their services. Some folks don’t care about money, it’s about respect and some artists have proven time and time again, to have so much disrespect for me…

I’ve helped you all I can, you got to help yourself, son.

Aug 19, 2014 by admin - 0 Comments

Oct 1 2014… It’s a bad day for drug dealers and drug users, who use facebook as a meaning of access for drugs. Don’t take my word, i’ll let Mark Z tell you!

“The FDTF will be working directly with the Drug Enforcement Agency and local law enforcement agencies. We’re gonna put away the bad guys.”

“Online crime has risen to all-time highs. As the world’s number one social networking site I feel it is our job to protect our users from such deadly things as drugs.” – Mark Zuckerberg

Depression-Symptoms-May-Be-Alleviated-With-Exercise-and-Social-Interaction-650x492

I went through a very real bout with depression… #depression can play with your mind and soul so bad… you feel like death is the only way out… I had to learn to reset my thinking and my way I felt about myself, but some people can’t beat #depression. I was lucky, I had real friends and family that help me, shine thru the darkness that depression put you in…

Signs and symptoms of depression include
:

-Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness.
A bleak outlook—nothing will ever get better and there’s nothing you can do to improve your situation.

-Loss of interest in daily activities. No interest in former hobbies, pastimes, social activities, or sex. You’ve lost your ability to feel joy and pleasure.

-Appetite or weight changes. Significant weight loss or weight gain—a change of more than 5% of body weight in a month.

-Sleep changes. Either insomnia, especially waking in the early hours of the morning, or oversleeping (also known as hypersomnia).

-Anger or irritability. Feeling agitated, restless, or even violent. Your tolerance level is low, your temper short, and everything and everyone gets on your nerves.

-Loss of energy. Feeling fatigued, sluggish, and physically drained. Your whole body may feel heavy, and even small tasks are exhausting or take longer to complete.

-Self-loathing. Strong feelings of worthlessness or guilt. You harshly criticize yourself for perceived faults and mistakes.

-Reckless behavior. You engage in escapist behavior such as substance abuse, compulsive gambling, reckless driving, or dangerous sports.

-Concentration problems. Trouble focusing, making decisions, or remembering things.

-Unexplained aches and pains. An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain.
